TourRound

Golf tournament scoring

Tournament scoring that survives the golf course.

TourRound runs charity scrambles and club championships end to end - registration, pairings, offline-first mobile scorecards, and live leaderboards your players can trust.

See what it does How it works

Pilot market: Thailand. English and Thai.

What you get

Everything from sign-up sheet to final result.

One place for the organizer, the players and the clubhouse screen, so nobody is keeping a second spreadsheet.

Live leaderboards

Every card that reaches the server moves the board within seconds. Spectators follow on any phone; the clubhouse screen runs TV mode.

Offline-first scorecards

Scores save on the phone the instant they are tapped and send when signal returns. Dead zones on the course never stop the round.

Registration & payments

Public self-service entry with PromptPay and card, capacity holds, waitlists, and roster management for scramble teams.

Rosters & pairings

Import players from a spreadsheet, catch duplicates, build groups and tee times, and keep every course and handicap in one record.

Print center

Tee sheets, check-in lists, results and scorecards with a QR code and PIN for each group, ready to print on A4 or Letter.

Scores you can defend

A rules engine checked against fixed test fixtures, an audit trail on every correction, and each organizer's data kept separate from every other's.

How it works

Three steps from idea to leaderboard.

  1. Set up the event

Pick the course, the format and the rules. Open registration and share one link.

  2. Run the day

Check players in, publish pairings, and hand each group a QR scorecard on their own phone.

  3. Publish the result

Watch the board update live, resolve any conflicts, then freeze an official result.

Formats

The formats clubs actually play.

Handicaps, net and gross, and tie-break rules are built into the scoring engine, not typed into a spreadsheet.
